
I was happy to participate in the Deconstructing Data Podcast with Jessie Lizak and David Finkelstein. We discussed how organizations could use data they already have to surface insights that inspire great customer experiences. We further discussed how the best organizations harness this continual creation of data, insights, and experiences in a process called “Digital Flow” that is enabled by technology, data, methodology, and talent. A great conversation that only scratched the surface of what can be done.
