With all of the upgrades on the site, I was noticing that it was running very slow. I have migrated the entire site to a top of the line 800Mhz, 512KB of RAM machine running “Ubuntu”. Seems to be much faster now. If you notice any problems with the site, please post a comment on this thread. Thanks!

I have added Google Analytics and Google Adwords to the site. Let me know what you think.

I have managed to link in some of the photographs that I have on Flickr into the site. Take a look at my Photos section. It utilizes the Flickr API to pull information in.

Eventually I will be moving all of the content from my old site to this one, keep your eyes open! You can still find the old content at http://old.john.telford.name. I am switching to WordPress which has better functionality and tools for publishing.

First time I have had the website up in awhile. Let’s see how long my ip from SBC stays permanent.
